ALice Walsh Obituary
The most gentle and kindest lady has now gained her angel wings.
Alice Walsh (O’Keefe) passed peacefully away surrounded by family and friends, at The Health Sciences Centre on November 10, 2022, at the age of 77.
Alice is predeceased by her parents, Albert and Molly O’Keefe, parents in law, Leo and Irene Walsh, sister, Anita Power (Walter), brothers in law (Charles O’Brien and William Walsh) sisters in law (Linda Walsh and Linda Corner Walsh)
Leaving to mourn are her loving husband of 50 years, Mike Walsh, her pride and joy son, Christopher, her sister, Lucy (Ronnie White), brother in law Leo Walsh (Maureen), sisters in law Sharon Walsh, Mary Lou Walsh and Joanne Howard (Felix), as well as her special friend Patsy Meaney.
Also, her devoted nieces and nephews , Yvonne Dalton (Gerry), Michelle O’Keefe (Darrin), Maureen Power (Barry), Darrell O’Brien (Claudette) and Walter Power (Alaine).
A special thank you to the staff of Bay Bulls Family Practice especially Dr Wade Mercer, The Witless Bay Volunteer Fire Department and the staff of the Health Sciences Centre.
Visitation will take place at Ryan’s Funeral Home Bay Bulls on Monday, November 14 from 2:00-9:00. Funeral service at St. Patrick’s RC Church, Witless Bay on Tuesday, November 15 at 10:00 am. Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart RC Cemetery, Tors Cove. Flowers greatly accepted or donations to Tors Cove Cemetery c/o Bobby O’Keefe Tors Cove.
Alice will be missed and forever remembered by those who she has touched. May the angels sing you home.
