Mom was given the gift of a perfect angel when Amy Goodyear, who she considered her second daughter, came into her life. Amy was more than a caregiver. She showered mom with love and care, she loved our mother as much as we did. They had many laughs together, they loved spending time in the garden and trading gardening tips. We are so grateful for the special bond they shared.
Mom was an excellent cook who loved to see everyone go back for seconds, if they didn't, they would be leaving with a doggie bag. She welcomed anyone and everyone to our home. She never judged anyone, she only ever tried to guide them.
A special thank you to Dr. Rod McCarthy, Public Health Nurses: Nicole, Audrey and Haley, the staff at St. Clare's 7th west, for the excellent care that was provided to our precious Mom.
At Beatie’s request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. If friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of choice.
"Rest Easy Mom"
Loves Ya!! xoxo
