Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls, from 4-9pm on Wednesday April 6th, and from 2-9pm on Thursday April 7th. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 8 at 10am at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Cape Broyle. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Cape R.C. Cemetary, Cape Broyle.
"I'm taking a trip, Mates. And I'll see you someday in Fiddler's Green"Passed peacefully away at St Clare's hospital surrounded by loved ones after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer, on April 5 2016, Brendan Dalton of Cape Broyle, age 85.
Predeceased by parents John & Hannah, sisters Hetty, Margaret, Bride and Joanie, as well as by brothers Cyril, James and Michael. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 45 years Eileen (Courtney), his sons Leonard (Annie) and Scott (Audrey), as well as precious grandchildren Xavier, Elliott, Kate and Kayleigh. He will also be forever remembered by his brother Edward (Gert) of Cape Broyle and sister Ella Erwin living in Ohio, as well as the Courtney family: sisters-in-law Elizabeth Cook (Dave), Anna Walsh (Jim) and Donna Waterman (Ignatius) and brothers-in-law John (Debbie), Leonard (Blanche) and Jim (Bernie), numerous nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends.
