Carl had a 28-year career in the Canadian Air Force serving his country with pride, being stationed in CFB Edmonton, Goose Bay, Trenton, Borden, Gander and Halifax and two deployments to Afghanistan. Although his career took him all over the world where he met many people and shared his kindness and charismatic way, his happiest place was in the Lane, in his “Man Cave” where he had many visitors who will miss him dearly.
Cremation has taken place as Carl wished. Visitation will be held at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Friday, November 3rd from 2-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place at Immaculate Conception Church, Calvert on Saturday, November 4th at 10am.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
So take your place of honour
Among those who have gone before
And know you will be remembered
For now and evermore
