It is with heavy hearts, but hearts full of love and gratitude, that we announce the passing of a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother; and much loved sister, sister-in-law and friend. How fitting for a lady who was nothing but love, to die surrounded by love, on the day dedicated to love. Predeceased by her dear husband William (Bill); her parents Henry and Joan Williams; her brothers Alex, Randal, Edward, Gordon (Georgina), and John (in infancy); parents-in-law Frank and Lucy Bidgood; and special aunt, Louise O’Brien. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of cherished memories, her children, Gail (Brian Walsh), Billy (Christina Sullivan), Annette (Barry Williams), Deanne (Gary Clancey), Bryan (Karla Norris), and Joan (Kirk Elliott). Precious grandchildren, Maggie, William, Mark (Melissa Williams), Gregory (Kayla Kinden) Meagan (Mitchell Stack), Jessica (Lucas Roche), Katie, Abby, Eric, Erin and great grandchild, Blake. Also leaving to mourn sister, Joan O’Brien (Edgar Dalley); brothers Harry (Bernadette), Fred (Rita), Ernest (Bernice), Wayne (Sheila), Kenneth (Diane); sisters-in-law Bertha, Bonnie, and Betty; Bidgood in-laws John (Eileen), Gertrude, Betty (Jimmy), and (Mary). As well, many nieces, nephews, cousins, close friend Wanda St. George and family, and friends from the Bauline to Bay Bulls 50+ Club. A sincere expression of gratitude and love to the staff, residents and special friend Maddy at Alderwood Estates in Witless Bay. Visitation at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Monday February 17th and Tuesday February 18th from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place from Sts. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, Bay Bulls Wednesday February 19th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mount Loretta R.C. Cemetery, Bay Bulls. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to the Bay Bulls R.C. Church Restoration Fund or the SPCA. Forever in our hearts.
