It is with broken hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of a dear mother, mother in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Della Howlett (Brennan) of Goulds passed away August 30, 2021. Predeceased by her husband Gerald, daughter Margie, son-in-law Michael Keough, parents Leo and Margaret Brennan, brother Leo Brennan, sister in law Mary Brennan, parents-in- law Isabelle and Daniel Howlett, sisters-in-law Kay Carew, Gertrude Vickers, Loretta Howlett, brothers-in-law Marty Vickers and Ronald Vickers.
Leaving to mourn her daughters: Barbara Keough and Michelle Forward (Rod). Sons: Bradley (Tina), Jeff (Kim), and Shawn. Seven grandchildren: Jamie, Melissa, Brett, Kristen, Trent, Cameron and Chloe. As well as, one great-grandchild, Parker. Also leaving to mourn: brother-in- law John Howlett, sisters-in- law Nora (Joe) Bergeron, Rosie Vickers and Linda Doyle (Stan). Leaving behind dear friends: The Smallwood’s, Len and Loretta Collins and Henny and Peggy St. Croix. A very special thank you to mom’s care givers, Judy Kennedy and Roberta Tizzard whose kindness and compassion over the last couple of months is greatly appreciated.
Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday, September 2nd from 2 - 9pm, and Friday, September 3rd from 12 - 1pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Friday, September 3rd at 2pm from St Kevin’s R.C. Church, Goulds. Cremation to follow with burial at a later date. Flowers gratefully accepted.
