Dermot (Dermie) Power

It is with deep sadness that the family of Dermot (Dermie) Power announces his passing at St. Clare’s Hospital on Saturday December 24, 2022, at age 72. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Rita Power, sisters Emma, Magdalen, brothers Joseph and Ambrose, brother in laws Philip O’Leary, Thomas Clowe and nephew Philip O’Leary. Leaving to mourn his sister in law Betty, special nephew Paddy (Roxanne) nieces, Joan, Eileen & Jo, nephews Jamie, Francis, Donnie, Michael, Sean and Clarence, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thanks to Linda’s Personal Care Home of the Goulds for their love and caring support over the last 8 years and as well to the staff of the 7th floor east at St. Clare’s Hospital, for their care over the last 5 weeks. Cremation has taken place, graveside service and burial will take place at a later date.
