Elizabeth Lundrigan nee Carey

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, Elizabeth (Betty) Lundrigan. Betty passed peacefully away on November 5th 2019, predeceased by her father and mother Aidan and Jane Carey. Leaving to mourn her husband Louis Lundrigan, brother Francais (Mary) Carey, daughter Teresa (Gerard) Meaney, and grandchildren Dana and Meagan Mullowney, Julianne and Brendan Meaney; sister inlaw Tilda (Derm) Moran, sister inlaw Jean (Tommy) Lundrigan, and brother inlaw John (Patsy) Lundrigan; as well as closed loved ones Tommy, Annemarie, Paul, Linda, Jim, Cheryl and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will take place at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday, November 7th from 2pm-9pm. Mass of Christian burial to take place at St. Patrick’s RC Church, Witless Bay on Friday November 8th at 10am, inurnment to follow at Holy Cross RC Cemetery, Witless Bay. The family is grateful for your condolences however we ask that instead of flowers that donations be made to the SPCA in Betty Lundrigan’s name in order to honor her love of animals.
