Dad spent the majority of his life in PCS and recently moved to Bay Bulls. He was an avid walker, loved his game of cards, his game of Radio Bingo but most people remember his love for hockey. The Boston Bruins were Freddys team of course, however his love for the Bruins was equally matched for his hatred of the Montreal Canadians, so next time the Bruins are on, raise your glass and cheer to Freddie.
He also had some sayings that will give you a chuckle there was always someone going beyond Cappahayden dabbing N44 which he called cat on cat.
We would like to thank Dr. Annette McCarthy for her wonderful care and support given to dad, the Witless Bay Fire Department, Paramedics with Eastern Health and staff in Emergency at the Health Sciences Centre, your kindness was greatly appreciated.
