Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls. Visitation on Tuesday, August 23 from 5-9 PM, and Wednesday, August 24 from 2-9 PM. Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church, Witless Bay on Thursday, August 25 at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Witless Bay. Thank you for the excellent care given to Dad by his homecare workers on Glavine St, and staffs of Hillcrest Estates, 4W St. Clare's, and Pleasantview Towers. May he rest in peace.
Passed peacefully away at Pleasantview Towers on August 22, 2016, Gregory Patrick Mullowney, formerly of Witless Bay, Kilbride, and Glavine St., aged 90 years. Predeceased by his first wife Loretta (nee Greene), 1983, his grandson David Emberley, 2003, his son-in-law Kevin Emberley, 2013, his daughter Valerie, 2015, his sisters Theresa, Irene Power, Rita O'Keefe and Sr. Mary Thaddeus Mullowney, and his nephew Ken O'Keefe, 2014. Left to mourn, but to celebrate a life well-lived, are his wife of 27 years Regina (nee Lake), Hillcrest Estates, his children Lynn Emberley, Sandra and Sylvester Cahill, Audrey and John O'Rielly, Jim and Cheryl, Sean and Lisa, his grandchildren Laura and Chris Doyle, (Cohen and Rhea), Claire and Ronnie Guest, (Chloe and Baby Guest), Sarah Emberley, Gary and Kayla Cahill, Kristen and Peter Kavanagh, Jessica Cahill (Sean Drew), Jane and Erin O'Rielly, Dana, Meagan and Abby, Neela and Greg Mullowney, his sister Loretta Evancho (New Jersey, USA), several nieces and nephews, and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
