Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls, Friday, May 20, 2016 from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Saturday, May 21, Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Bay Bulls. Inurnment, Mt. Loretta RC Cemetery. Reception to follow: Lifestyle Centre, Bay Bulls. Donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
Passed peacefully away after a brief illness at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, Sunday April 10, 2016, age 54 years with mom and Paul by his side. Formerly from Bay Bulls, NL. Predeceased by his father Raymond Dunphy (Feb 16, 2005). Leaving to mourn his daughter Kelly Snelgrove; granddaughters Mela and Elia. Also leaving to cherish his memory are his mother Janie Dunphy; two brothers: R.J. (Doreen) and Paul (Wade); four sisters: Debbie (Clayton), Carolyn (Pat), Alana (Ted) and Wanda-Lee; and his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jimi leaves behind a large extended family in Toronto where he lived for the past 36 years, as well a large number of family and friends from Bay Bulls and surrounding areas. Cremation has taken place.
