Passed away suddenly at her home, Jeanette Lundrigan, age 63 years. Predeceased by her parents Mary (2001) and William (2010), brother-in-laws James Lundrigan, Wally Lundrigan, Paddy Lundrigan, Joe Lundrigan, Vince Lundrigan, Michael Lundrigan, Michael Harrigan, sister-in-law Kathleen Lundrigan. Left to mourn her husband Morgan, daughters Jill Lundrigan and Kim Hatfield (Jeff), the light of her life her cherished granddaughters Keira and Julia Hatfield. Also leaving to mourn siblings Sharon (John Morris), Brenda (Ricky Whelan), Maureen (Leonard Condon), Dianne (Gerald Walsh), Billy Cleary (Nancy) and Brian Cleary (Stacey). Brother and sister-in-laws Larry Lundrigan (Janet), Annie Harrigan, Beatie Dowden (Bob), Margie Keating (Alex), Margie Lundrigan, Anita Lundrigan, Regina Lundrigan, Alice Lundrigan, Ann Marie Lundrigan and a large circle of relatives and friends.
Jeanette will be remembered fondly for many reasons. She was first and foremost a devoted mother and grandmother, followed closely with a soft spot for family gatherings at her home in Witless Bay. Jeanette loved to entertain and made her home a wonderful, comfortable and welcoming place. She was very fond of travel, shopping and special gifts for her granddaughters and just occasionally one for herself. She was an accomplished hair stylist, home decorator and a snazzy dresser. She recently found an interest in personal fitness and dearly loved her daily walks and gym workouts. Jeanette’s untimely passing leaves a large hole in our hearts. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday September 27th and Friday September 28th from 2pm to 9pm. Mass of a Christian burial to take place from St. Kevin’s RC Church, Goulds on Saturday September 29th at 9:30am
Cremation has taken place. Inurnment at Holy Cross RC Cemetery, Witless Bay on Saturday September 29th at 3pm for close family and friends.
