John Dinn Obituary
John Francis Dinn (formally of Goulds) passed peacefully away on Saturday March 25th, 2023 at the age of 69 after a long battle with cancer, in his home in Burnt Cove, surrounded by family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth Dinn, brother-in-laws Martin and Kevin Frizzell, Randel Gosse, sister-in-law Betty Frizzell, his life long buddy Gerry Cross and long time friend/cousin Phillip Dinn.
Leaving to mourn, his best friend and partner of 27 years Kay Frizzell, his children and grandchildren John & Terri (Hailey, James, Benjamin), Elizabeth & Carl (Jorja & Lucas), Jayne & Jason (Dylan & Fallyn), Glynda, Tom & Kayla (Jacob), Wyndee (Andre); Kay’s children and grandchildren Tammy & Cecil (Danielle & Tara), Wayne & Valerie (Courtney, Aubree, Oakley); sisters Sheila (Richard) Scheeler and Maxine (Howard) Gladney; friend and cousin Wayne Putt; Brother in laws Francis (Brenda), Willie, Arthur (Martha); sister in laws Mary, Josephine (Allan), Carmel (Clarence), Blanch (Pius), Diane (Joe), and Ruth; as well as a large circle of nieces & nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at St. Kevin’s Church (Goulds), on April 10, 2023 at 11:00. Small reception to follow (location TBD).
