Marie Reddick Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grand mother and friend, Marie Agnes Reddick (O’Driscoll) Aged 91 years of Bauline East, predeceased by her husband John Reddick, her parents Alphonsus and Margaret O’Driscoll, and sister Bernadette (Bun) Burke.
Leaving to mourn her children Walter (Martina), Clyde (Maria), Marlene (Gerard), Brenda (Ron), Elaine (Kevin), Karl (Rose), Margie (Sean), and Tommy (Molly).
Left with beautiful memories of their nan 15 grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Jane, Edward, Laura, Krista, Sarah, Maria, Jonathan, Emma, Mark, Katie, Daniel, Emily & Stacey, as well as her 9 great grandchildren.
Also leaving behind with treasured memories are her special friends Anita Power, Daphne Doyle and Pierre O’Keefe.
A special thank you to the 1st floor staff at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, mom’s angels who took such loving care. No words can express the gratitude we feel!
Mom had this special way with people, her witty sense of humour, her love of fun and her good-natured spirit she maintained throughout her lifetime. The love she had for her children will live on in their memories.
Visitation at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday, June 23rd, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial to take place at St. Michael’s R.C. Church, St. Michael’s on Friday June 24th at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s R.C. Cemetery, St. Michael’s.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Tors Cove Cemetery Committee, [email protected].
