Passed peacefully away at The L.A. Miller Center P.C.U. in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her husband George, parents John Thomas and Catherine Melvin, brothers Michael, Alfred, Bernard and Cyril Melvin, step brother Sam Melvin and step sister Genieuve Power. Leaving to mourn her daughters Catherine Power (Wilfred), Mary Stone (Jimmy), Shelia Sullivan (Chris), Pauline Colbert, and son Alfred Colbert (Audrey); 13 grandchildren; Sister Nellie Colbert, sisters-in law Mary, Marie, Matilda and Rita Melvin; a large number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Ryan''s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday, May 26 and Friday, May 27th from 2 pm - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial to talk place at St. Michael''s R.C. Church, St. Michael''s on Saturday, May 28 at 10 am. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donation may be made to St. Michael''s R. C. Church Restoration Fund.
