Predeceased by his parents Mabel (Wall) and Raphael O'Dea, Brothers Peter and Vincent. Sisters Maureen O'Dea and Helen Mulcahy, and Madeline mother of his daughters. Leaving to mourn his daughters Lisa (Tom) Woolridge, Gloria (Jim) Parsons, and Sue Denine (Junior). His precious grandson’s Thomas and Frank Dylan Woolridge which whom he resided, Andrew O'Driscoll, Chantelle (John) King, Great grandchildren Emma Mae, Gracie Anne, and his best friend Patrick (Carmel) O'Driscoll. His sisters Ethel Finn (Tom), Geraldine (John) Williams, Loretta (John) Howlett, Brother John O'Dea, and Sister In-Law Theresa O'Dea. Special nieces Wanda Williams (Paul), Janice Frampton (Neville). Also a large circle of nieces and nephews, family and friends and extended family in Corner Brook. Dad worked with seaboard construction for 32 years before retiring. He worked all over Newfoundland building many important buildings such as the Health Sciences Centre, the new wing of Confederation building, former Newfoundland Hotel (now Sheraton Hotel), and the Western Memorial Regional Hospital just to name a few. He made great friends where ever he went. Dad had so many great friends starting with his daily routine of driving down to the wharf, parking by the Foodland and going to visit his buddies in the pit. Even the tourist didn't have a chance with dad he was gonna stop them to have a chat. Dad was a man who was a great man, he would give anyone the last dollar he had if he though they needed it....to making sure his son in- law ...more like the only son he had ...had his supper cooked and made sure when he was away Tommy's Jiggs dinner was cooking waiting for him to come home.....I am sure Dad is in heaven driving around seeing old friends and family having a great chat and laugh......Fly high Dad you are and always will be in my heart. Love you yesterday, today, tomorrow, and always hugs. Cremation has taken place.
