Randal James Devine

It is with profound sadness that the family of Randal James Devine (Randy) of Mobile announce his sudden passing as the result of a tragic accident on Saturday, August 10, 2019. Pre deceased by his loving parents Michael and Gertrude Devine of Renews and brother-in-law Paul Swain. Leaving to mourn his kind, gentle and caring personality his cherished daughter, Andrea Devine-Tibbs, his son-in-law Wayne and the light of his life, granddaughter precious Ella Jane as well as Andrea's mom, Judi. Mourning him also his beloved brothers and sisters, Don Devine (Isabelle), Madeline Swain (Paul - deceased), Michael (Pauline), Marilyn (Paul), Dianne Costello (Aidan) and Barry (Sharon). Special Aunt Theresa Devine, many aunts and uncles of the Devine and Oates family, as well as a large circle of nieces and nephews. The family wishes to acknowledge special thank you to his friend, Edward Blackler of Mobile. Visitation to take place at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Wednesday, August 14 from 2pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 1pm on Thursday, August 15 from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Witless Bay. In lieu of flowers, donations can made to Diabetes Canada (Canadian Diabetic Association).
