Stephen Garland Goodyear

Our beloved brother, Stephen Garland Goodyear, passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 55 years. He passed peacefully at the Miller Center in St. John’s, NL. Born May 2, 1969, in Botwood, NL and raised in Norris Arm, NL.

He will be greatly missed by surviving siblings and extended family members. Loretta (Ernie) Cullimore, Melba (Anthony) Power, Blanch Goodyear, Edward Goodyear, Linda Goodyear, Donald Goodyear, Maureen Goodyear and Ronald Goodyear. He will also be missed dearly by his many nieces, nephews and cousins (too many to list).

A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and volunteers at the Leonard A. Miller Centre for taking special care of Stephen.

At Stephen’s request cremation has taken place and no services are to be held at this time. Some future date (probably next summer) he will be laid to rest at Dad’s feet in the United Church Cemetery, in Norris Arm, NL.
