Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre the matriarch and heart of our family - our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt Theresa Doyle. Predeceased by her husband Henry (1966), grandchildren Henry, Lorie and Valerie, sister Annie O''Brien and Christine O''Neill, her brothers Austin, Jimmy and Harold, sons in law Kevin Hawkins, Gordon Howlett and Jeff Trepanier. Leaving behind with wonderful memories her 8 daughters, Betty Hawkins, Elanor Howlett, Irene (Kevin Duggan), Noreen (Leonard Power), Jean (Francis Maher), Anna (Tony Ryan), Janet (Keith Squires) and MarionTrepanier. Her 5 sons, Jim (Paula), Gord (Lena), Joe (Dianne), Wayne (Janice) and Eddie (Caroline). Her 33 wonderful grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren. Her brother John, sisters Christine (Bill Tobin) and Marguerite (Joe Yard), sisters in law Jean Walsh and Rose Walsh. Also a multitude of nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. A special thank you to her caregiver and friend Bernice Colbert and to Arnie Kavanagh for his friendship over the years. Also thanks to her card club friends who made her Sunday nights. Also thanks to her many friends and neighbors for their visits.
A thank you to the doctors and staff of Palliative Care for their compassionate and professional care.
Resting at Ryan''s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Thursday, April 13 from 2:00 - 9:00 PM, and Friday, April 14 from 2:00 - 9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial to take place from St. Michael''s R.C, Church, St. Michael''s on Saturday, April 15 at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at St. Michael''s R.C. Cemetery, St. Michael''s.
