Vincent Ambrose Hawkins

Passed away suddenly at his home in Bay Bulls on Saturday, April 26, 2025, Vincent Ambrose Hawkins, age 75.

He was predeceased by his wife, Madonna (Williams); their two infant sons: Lawrence and Keith; and his parents, Ambrose and Theresa Hawkins.

Leaving to mourn his daughter Laureen Harnum (Robert) and his two precious granddaughters: Abby and Avery.  Also mourning his loss are his brothers Aloysius (Anne), Pius (Tryphenia); sisters Doris Whale (Harry), Margery White (Kenneth); brother-in-law Pius Cole (Blanche), sisters-in-law Anne Marie Deagen (Donald) and Mercedes Chafe (Phil - deceased) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

At Vince’s request, cremation has taken place. Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  There will be no church or cemetery service.

In lieu of flowers, we are gratefully accepting donations in Vince's memory for the Breakfast Program at St. Bernard's Elementary School, Witless Bay or Mobile Central High School, Mobile.  Donation envelopes will be available at Ryan's Funeral Home or you can contact Laureen or Rob directly.
