Virginia Dillon Obituary
Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on May 31, 2023, Virginia Mary Dillon, retired teacher of Mobile, at age 94.
Predeceased by her parents, Francis and Regina (Carey) Dillon and brothers Stephen and Michael Dillon.
Virginia is survived by several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces, special nephew Robert Dillon and sister-in-law, Mary Dillon.
Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Monday, June 05th, 2023 from 2 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, June 06th, at 10 AM at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Witless Bay. Burial in the R.C. Cemetery, Mobile.
The Dillon family greatly appreciate the care given to Virginia by the staff of St. Patrick's Mercy Home over the seven and a half years of her stay at the home. Thank you to everyone.
Virginia loved “all creatures great and small”. A donation in her memory to the SPCA or any animal welfare group would be appreciated.
