An ironically short obituary for a man who loved to chat. Husband, dad, poppy, gardener extraordinaire, avid remote clicker, lover of life William George Glynn left this world for an even better one on August 7, 2020.
Bill’s favourite days were spent in his garden, where he would talk for hours about his flowers, but could never tell you their names.
Dad had the kindest heart and was always up for telling a tale - or hearing yours - and reminiscing about the old days.
He lived life as he wished and spent his final months surrounded by beloved friends and family, leaving his wife Margaret, daughters Michelle (Dave) and Sherry (Kenny) and granddaughter Haylee with a lifetime of memories and secret handshakes.
Dad will be accepting visitors at Ryan’s Funeral Home in Bay Bulls on Tuesday, August 11 from 1-5 PM.
Rather than flowers or cards, go out for an ice cream and remember a laugh you shared with our husband, dad and poppy.
